Carly Goettel brings more than 15 years of non-profit experience working in complex organizations. Her portfolio of fundraising skills encompasses managing large-scale campaigns, building and assessing fundraising operations, and management. She is currently working with NYU Stern on the quiet phase of an ambitious fundraising campaign.

Prior to this, Carly worked with Georgetown University as campaign counsel for a multi-billion-dollar campaign. Carly’s work focused on strengthening the partnership between Advancement and executive leadership, building a Principal and Transformative gift pipeline, and determining appropriate staffing structures to support the university’s significant ambitions.

Carly has also worked on campaign planning and management initiatives at the National Museum of American Jewish History, the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, The Allen-Stevenson School, and The Philadelphia School.

Carly joined CCS with extensive fundraising experience in the cultural sector. Originally from upstate New York, she has been a resident of Brooklyn since 2009.
