Now, as a Senior Vice President, she partners with organizations to clarify their vision, strengthen fundraising strategy, and build the systems needed to sustain philanthropy over time.
CCS’s nonprofit partners often seek support at pivotal moments, and Christina approaches that responsibility with enthusiasm, care, and authenticity. Her experience includes feasibility and planning studies, campaign planning and management, and training development staff and volunteers. She has also led diocesan campaigns in the U.S. and Canada. Clients value her ability to translate goals into practical, people-centered plans that build momentum and lasting fundraising capacity.
At CCS, Christina has been deeply involved in the firm’s Employee Resource Groups and previously served as co-chair of the People of Color & Multicultural Network. She is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in her work at CCS and in the donor engagement strategies she helps organizations develop. She previously served on the advisory board of Community Grows, a San Francisco-based nonprofit that partners with public schools to create and sustain garden-based education programs.
