The Full Story
Jorge Granada is a growth leader focused on building the systems, strategy, and alignment that enable organizations to scale with clarity and purpose. As CCS’s Chief Growth Officer, Jorge leads the Marketing and Business Intelligence teams, and will closely collaborate with the regions to drive growth, performance, strengthen client development, and align strategy across the firm.
He brings 25+ years of experience driving growth and transformation efforts at Fortune 100 companies such as SAP, Dell, and AMD, as well as high-growth, early-stage, and private equity-backed businesses. His work includes launching and scaling global platforms such as SAP Leonardo, the company’s global intelligence brand, and leading digital transformation at scale, including growing Dell’s online business across APJ to more than $1 billion in annual revenue. Most recently, he helped grow MGT from fewer than 100 employees to more than 1,200 in under six years, culminating in two successful transactions.
Jorge specializes in building demand generation and sales transformation engines that accelerate growth at scale. He is drawn to the challenge of building and scaling organizations, having helped grow multiple businesses from early-stage to more than $500 million in annual revenue. He is known for blurring the lines between sales and marketing, building systems that create visibility and accountability, and leading organizations against clear performance metrics. This approach enables teams to accelerate growth while strengthening both top- and bottom-line results.
Jorge earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes. He lives in Austin, TX with his wife, Joanna; they have three children.
