Meghan approaches every engagement with the belief that strong strategy and genuine care must go hand in hand. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit consulting and campaign management, she has supported organizations with cumulative fundraising goals exceeding $1 billion, helping teams clarify vision, strengthen systems, and build momentum around ambitious missions.
A Kansas City native now based in Chicago, Meghan is an Executive Vice President on CCS’s Central Region team and contributes to several firmwide initiatives, including the Innovation Committee and Analytics Task Force. She also helps guide the Central United States DEI Working Group, reflecting her commitment to building inclusive and equitable practices within the sector and within CCS.
Meghan’s dedication to service extends beyond her client work. She serves on the board of Urban Autism Solutions and is a member of the Big Shoulders Fund Chairman’s Advisory Council. Her academic background includes degrees from the College of William and Mary (BA) and Cornell University (MA).
At home in Chicago, Meghan finds joy in community life with her family and remains inspired by the missions and leaders she partners with every day.
