The Full Story
Chris Polito’s commitment to mission-driven work has shaped his nearly two decades at CCS, where he partners with organizations to advance their goals and strengthen their communities. Since joining the firm in 2006, he has guided more than 50 strategic development initiatives across faith-based, education, healthcare, and human service sectors, helping clients move from vision to measurable impact.
A pivotal moment in his career came during his time in Toronto, where he served as Executive Director of the Archdiocese of Toronto’s $105 million Family of Faith Campaign—ultimately raising more than $170 million CAD and becoming the most successful faith-based fundraising initiative in Canadian history. Experiences like this deepened his belief in the power of collaboration and shared purpose.
Chris brings a thoughtful, approachable style to his projects at CCS and beyond. He served as President of the AFP Southern New Jersey Chapter and held board positions with the AFP Greater Philadelphia Chapter and Mt. Laurel Girls Softball. He is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences, offering insights on strategy, leadership, and the evolving philanthropic landscape. In 2020, he was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 Leader.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America and is a graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School. He lives in Mount Laurel, NJ, with his wife and daughter, where he remains closely connected to community life. Outside of work, he can often be found following fantasy football analytics, cheering at travel softball games, or listening to Bruce Springsteen.
There is nothing more rewarding than partnering with organizations to advance their missions and heighten their impact in the communities they serve.
