For over a decade, Courtney has dedicated her professional and personal work to helping nonprofit organizations advance their missions and strengthen their fundraising capacity through collaboration, strategy, and thought leadership. Guided by a deep commitment to breaking down barriers and expanding equitable opportunities, she brings a disciplined, results-driven approach that has driven meaningful impact across a wide range of mission-driven organizations. 

Courtney partners closely with client teams and C-suite leaders to help organizations pursue ambitious goals with confidence. She has supported eight- and nine-figure campaigns and led campaign planning studies, coached leaders on transformational gift strategies, and developed long-term fundraising plans that strengthen development team effectiveness. Her work reflects particular strength in principal and major gifts, corporate and community engagement, donor relations, marketing and communications, and capital campaign management. 

Across these engagements, Courtney helps align stakeholders and streamline operations, positioning organizations for sustained growth and long-term success. Her portfolio spans higher education, healthcare, and community-based institutions, giving her a strong understanding of complex development environments and the leadership required to navigate them. 

Courtney holds the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential and the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation. She lives in Naperville, Illinois, with her husband, their sons Henry and Oliver, and their dog Leo. She enjoys mentoring emerging leaders and values time spent with family and friends.
