She is skilled at aligning leadership teams, trustees, and development staff, ensuring strategy, planning, and execution are aligned for maximum impact. Her approach consistently strengthens organisational capacity while driving measurable philanthropic results. 

Helen lives with her young family in the Cotswolds and serves as a Trustee of a local burgeoning performing arts venue, giving her a first-hand perspective on the challenges and opportunities organisations face and reflecting her commitment to strengthening the community she calls home.
