Janine’s career in human resources grew out of a core conviction: strong organizations are built on strong people. That insight has guided her work at CCS from the beginning. Over the years as a Senior Advisor, she has helped develop the firm’s recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring that CCS continues to attract, support, and grow exceptional talent. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, respect, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every colleague. 

Throughout her tenure, Janine has been a steadfast advocate for fostering inclusion and equity within the workplace. Her involvement in Women of Color, Women in Development, and Allies in Action reflects her commitment to building environments where individuals feel valued and empowered. She is also a member of the Global Institute of Organizational Coaching, and her past engagement with Chief underscores her dedication to advancing leadership across the industry. 

A graduate of Rider University, where she studied Public Relations and Journalism, Janine brings both communication acumen and a people-first philosophy to her work. She lives in New Jersey, where she enjoys reading, gardening, spending time outdoors, and practicing pilates. Her warmth, mentorship, and thoughtful guidance have made her a trusted resource and a lasting influence across the firm.
