Jennifer Devon

This perspective guides her in cultivating longstanding, trust-based relationships that have elevated her life and work and continue to define her career.

Jennifer has collaborated with leading organizations at the forefront of advancing social good and community impact. Having partnered with organizations to raise nearly a billion dollars across the nonprofit sector, she brings deep insight into how mission-driven institutions operate and what enables them to thrive. Her experience has fostered a strong passion for strengthening nonprofit infrastructure, including assessing organizational landscapes, identifying operational challenges, and designing strategies that support high-performing teams. Jennifer excels at helping leaders clarify processes to implement practical, sustainable solutions that drive long-term impact. Most recently, she has dedicated significant time to supporting higher education and healthcare institutions, where she has built foundational processes that elevate philanthropic management and improve overall operational performance.

Outside of CCS, Jennifer is an adjunct professor for Louisiana State University Shreveport’s Institute for Nonprofit Administration and Research and the Continuing Education program at the Community College of Baltimore County. Jennifer lives with her husband and son in Northern Baltimore and is an avid equestrian. Jennifer holds both an MBA and a BS in Marketing from Salisbury University.
