Kurt McKinley is an Executive Vice President at CCS Fundraising who has spent more than 15 years advising nonprofit leaders and guiding the firm’s strategic growth initiatives in South Florida. In addition to his work with clients, Kurt plays an active role in the broader community. He serves on the Board of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in its Nonprofit Business Committee. Kurt has led CCS’s strategic partnership with the National Association of Cancer Center Development Officers (NACCDO) where he serves on their Benchmarking Committee. Through this partnership, he helps support a cooperative venture of NCI-designated centers that produces the only annual review of Cancer Center giving trends across the United States. 

Kurt has presented at national and international conferences including NACCDO, American Association of Medical Colleges, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, the Miami Foundation, Philanthropy Miami, the Museum Association of the Caribbean, the Southern Association of Independent Schools, and Morgan Stanley Graystone Consulting’s Foundation and Endowments Conference in Medellín, Colombia. He graduated from Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business with a Master of Business Administration and from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Marketing. 

Kurt resides in Miami, Florida. He is an active community member, serving as a volunteer for local nonprofit organizations. In his free time, he enjoys gathering with friends and family, traveling, and practicing yoga.
