Lindsay brings a steady, strategic presence to her work as Managing Partner of the Central Region team at CCS. For more than 15 years at CCS, she has guided organizations through ambitious campaigns, stages of organizational growth, and moments of transition—always with a clear eye on long-term impact and a deep belief in the power of partnership.
As a Managing Partner and a member of the CCS Executive Leadership Team, her leadership across the central U.S. is defined by both a range and depth. Lindsay has supported the career growth of CCS directors, advised senior nonprofit leaders, and helped secure more than $1 billion in philanthropic support. She is known for balancing big-picture strategy with a hands-on approach, immersing herself in the milestones, people, and details that shape each organization’s unique path forward.
Beyond her client work, Lindsay contributes to the broader philanthropic community as a regular presenter on fundraising trends and best practices. She has shared insights with board members, development teams, and nonprofit professionals across the U.S. and internationally, including through Northwestern University’s Kellogg School Center for Nonprofit Management.

Lindsay is a member of the 2021 Class of Leadership Greater Chicago Fellows and serves on the boards of Uptown United and Community Leadership Fellows. She holds an MPA in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University and a BS in Psychology with honors from John Carroll University.
She lives in Chicago with her husband and enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, backcountry camping, and attending live performances.
