Over the course of her CCS tenure, she has helped shape campaigns that have collectively raised more than $1 billion, including multiple nine-figure gifts. As a Partner, her work spans feasibility studies, strategic planning efforts, and complex capital campaigns, each grounded in thoughtful analysis and collaborative partnership.

Her contributions to CCS extend across the firm. She serves on the Client Services and People & Culture Committees and previously chaired the Recruitment Committee, helping attract and support the next generation of sector leaders. She also shares her experience widely, presenting at national associations and contributing to conversations shaping the future of the philanthropic profession. In 2025, she was recognized for Excellence in Client Service by Women Leaders in Consulting.

Natalie lives in Washington, DC, where she finds joy in the arts, community engagement, and time spent with family.
