The Full Story

Carl’s commitment to philanthropy is both professional and personal. Having benefited from scholarships that shaped his educational path, he understands firsthand how generosity can expand access and lives, motivating him to help clients build a more equitable society.

As an Executive Vice President at CCS, Carl supports organizations at pivotal moments—whether launching a capital campaign, conducting feasibility and planning studies, or strengthening development operations. His expertise spans project management, organizational development, data analysis, volunteer engagement, major gifts, and annual fundraising. Since joining CCS in 2011, he has had the privilege of advising clients across the faith-based, health, education, and social service sectors.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Carl now lives in Rockville Centre on Long Island with his wife, Caroline, and their daughter, Mairéad. He is a proud graduate of Belvedere College S.J. and The University of Scranton.

The most satisfying part of the work we do is partnering with passionate people who want to make their communities a better place.
