Since joining CCS in 2011, Carl has partnered with organizations across the faith-based, health care, education, and human services sectors to lead transformative campaigns, planning studies, and development initiatives. His leadership is grounded in a commitment to helping mission-driven institutions take bold steps at pivotal moments.

Carl’s dedication to philanthropy is both professional and personal. As the beneficiary of scholarships that shaped his educational journey, he understands firsthand the power of generosity to open doors and change lives. This experience continues to inspire his work with clients and their stakeholders as they pursue missions that improve the world around them.

At CCS, Carl provides counsel on capital campaigns, organizational assessments, development planning, and fundraising strategy. His expertise spans project management, data analysis, volunteer engagement, major gift strategy, annual fund development, and organizational growth. He has guided teams through complex initiatives and has helped nonprofits build the infrastructure and momentum needed to achieve lasting impact.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Carl lives in Rockville Centre on Long Island with his wife, Caroline, and their children, Mairéad and Aidan. He is a proud graduate of Belvedere College S.J. in Dublin and The University of Scranton.
