Jessica Roberts is a nonprofit executive with over two decades of experience at the intersection of data, technology, and social impact. As Vice President of Data Analytics at CCS Fundraising, she has partnered with more than 1,000 nonprofit organizations worldwide to design and implement scalable technology and analytics solutions that strengthen fundraising performance, deepen donor insights, and support rigorous outcomes measurement. Known for bridging strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, Jessica excels at translating complex data into clear, actionable guidance for teams and executives.

A recognized voice in nonprofit strategy, Jessica is a frequent speaker at national conferences including Apra, CASE, AFP, and aasp, and she actively contributes to sector-wide learning and leadership development. She serves as an Associate Instructor at Columbia University, mentors through AFP, and chairs conference committees with Apra, shaping curriculum and advancing professional education for fundraisers and data leaders.

Before joining CCS in 2015, Jessica held leadership roles in Annual and Major Giving, Donor Relations, Event Planning, and Data Analytics. Her career began as a student caller and manager at Binghamton University and later included positions at Fordham University and Columbia University, where she led annual giving programs, managed multimillion-dollar campaigns, and solicited major gifts.

Jessica earned her Master of Science in Nonprofit & Fundraising Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University, with concentrations in Marketing and Consulting & Organizational Leadership. She resides in Queens, NY with her husband and ten-year-old son and enjoys exploring the vibrant streets of New York City in her free time.
