Allison Wortley has spent her entire career advancing the philanthropic impact of nonprofits. She is dedicated to understanding the complexities facing the social sector and is driven by the desire to combine critical thinking and strategic planning to instill long-term transformational change.

Allison joined CCS from the University of Pennsylvania where she was the Assistant Director for Young Alumni and Student Development. In this role she created a strategic annual giving program focusing on raising unrestricted funds for financial aid, student wellness programs, and more. Additionally, Allison managed a portfolio of top prospects cultivating and soliciting leadership annual gifts.

Since joining CCS, Allison has worked across multiple sectors. Most recently she partnered with Northeastern University to create and implement a new program growing leadership annual gifts with the ultimate goal of increasing their pipeline of major gift prospects.

Prior to Northeastern, Allison worked with the National Coast Guard Museum Association to advance their $150 million capital campaign to build the National Coast Guard Museum in New London, Connecticut. Over the course of the project Allison helped the Museum Association advance several successful 7-figure gift conversations through the creation of tailored gift proposals and strategic guidance.

Allison attended the University of St. Andrews in St. Andrews, Scotland where she received her B.A. in Art History and Business Management. Allison also holds a M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Earlier in 2023, Allison joined the expanding CCS team in Sydney, Australia.
