We at CCS are given the unique opportunity to serve incredible client partners and join their teams, working side-by-side to advance their most pressing philanthropic projects and initiatives. I feel lucky to be part of the CCS family; which I truly believe is the best professional home for philanthropic practitioners who desire to continuously enter…

Christina’s career with CCS began in the Central United States, partnering with clients from Chicago to Houston, and is currently living in Houston, Texas. She has partnered with a wide array of clients, including independent schools, universities and higher education institutions, network nonprofits, health organizations, and religious faith communities and networks.

In the wake of tumultuous times, both in the economy and throughout natural disasters or political banter, Christina’s clients have embarked on capital and endowment campaigns, feasibility studies, and other major philanthropic objectives – and found success. She has recruited, trained and deployed over 1,000 volunteers during her tenure, and served clients helping to raise more than $500 million. Additionally, Christina is a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, and serves on the CCS firm-wide Gift Planning Team; an internal firm resource for education and application of the ever-evolving opportunities for non-cash gifts.

Christina earned her dual bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Advertising and Theology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and since then has enjoyed living in multiple US cities and states for her work with CCS, including Chicago, Houston, Austin, Minneapolis, New Orleans, Boston, and Portland, Maine. She served as an AmeriCorps volunteer at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls in Chicago, a reputed non-profit organization providing therapeutic residential treatment for teenagers in need. This spurred a deep passion for access to quality education and the power of 1:1 mentoring, instilling in Christina a desire to serve outside of her CCS work. She volunteers at her local church’s high school youth group, loves to be active and outdoors in the Maine wilderness, and has her “guard-dog” golden retriever, Finley, always at her side.
