Janell is an Assistant Vice President with CCS Fundraising. She is a purpose driven executive with over 15 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, dynamic teams and multifaceted projects in non-profit development. She specializes in board development and leadership coaching as well as project management for major gift fundraising, capital campaigns, and planning studies. Janell has led multimillion-dollar fundraising programs for clients throughout the Northeast and Midwest in multiple sectors including, healthcare, social services, religious, and secondary education. Janell consistently exceeds goals and client expectations serving as a key advisor to organizations in the development and implementation of transformative fundraising strategies.
Janell is a graduate of Florida A&M University, where she was a Presidential Scholar, and holds a Master’s Degree in Policy Management from Georgetown University. Janell grew up in the Bronx, New York and currently resides in New Jersey with her family.
